Alumni and Families Event

The moment has finally arrived! After a year-long renovation, the chapter house is ready to welcome the men of Sigma Phi Epsilon back into it again. Don't miss out on this historic weekend, as we are expecting it to be our largest alumni and families event ever. The grand reopening of Iowa Beta's chapter house will take place on Saturday, September 10, 2011.

Here is the weekend's schedule of events:

Friday, September 9 - Celebration Dinner

Scheman Building, Room 220-240, Iowa State Center, Ames

5:00 PM - Registration & cash bar

6:00 PM - Program & buffet dinner

After dinner socializing & singing (location TBD)

$25 per person

Saturday, September 10 - Ribbon Cutting & Dedication

228 Gray Avenue, Ames

8:00 AM - Continental breakfast

8:30 AM - Program & ribbon cutting

9:30 AM - Open house

11:00 AM - Iowa State vs. Iowa football game

Return to 228 Gray after game for songs and fellowship

The house will remain open during and after the game for anyone who would like to watch the game on television or tour the house

Please keep in mind that this event will be taking place on the same day as the Iowa State vs Iowa football game, so Ames will be especially busy with visitors. It is recommended that travel plans, hotel reservations, and ticket purchases are made as soon as possible.

Tickets for the Iowa State vs Iowa game will not go on sale until August 16, but can be made here: http://www.ticketmaster.com/venue/50256?brand=iowastate (if they are still available).
